Our experienced event staff can design a package specifically to meet your group's business needs, whether it be a conference, meeting or product launch.
We have a fantastic hosting facility and can build you a specific package that will allow you to tie in your day with that important meeting or presentation to your staff, partners, or key customers before you all head out and enjoy our ice driving experience.
At SHPG we can also work with your team to utilize your products - be it cars, tyres, components to showcase these to your staff and customers. We can design a course targeted at specific learning outcomes or driving technologies you want to demonstrate from your products!

We have an array of additional “add on” activities to keep your whole group busy and incorporate a full day of team building and fun activities on the snow.

If you would like to work with an event manager who will plan and manager your day, we are more than happy to liaise with their plan and create a unique and memorable day on the snow for your team.
Exclusive use
The Event Centre will be yours exclusively for the day and night while you enjoy an amazing location and atmosphere along with the breath-taking backdrop of the Southern Alps of New Zealand. With all of your conferencing, catering and group needs expertly looked after; you can go about getting on with your meeting and enjoying your day & night on the snow.
Capacity:
We have seating for 100-120 people and the Event Centre itself could host up to 150 people (including the bar, outside decking space & lounge area.)
We also have several break-out rooms available.
Equipment for hire includes: AV equipment, whiteboards, internet, projectors & screens, flip boards.
Full exclusive venue hire
Our venue and Event Centre is also available to be completely exclusively booked to privately host an event. Contact us for more information and pricing.
